Study: 48% Want NO Social Marketing

Recent data from an Ad Age/Ipsos Observer survey found that 48% of consumers aren’t too eager to see marketing and social media mix. However, consumers also said they don’t mind marketing on: 1. Facebook (41%) 2. Twitter (18%) 3. MySpace (17%) When asked what they want brands to offer, consumers responded: 1. Coupons (68%) 2. Better customer service (42%) 3.
